Program overview

SPROUT UP builds a network of community resilience hubs, often based at churches and community sites, across rural Hawaiʻi Island. Each hub becomes a trained, equipped gathering point where neighbors can access emergency skills, communication tools, and mutual aid before help from outside the region arrives.
